This policy describes how Sonny's Renovations LLC handles personal information in connection with DMVDealFlow.

What We Collect

• Account information — name, email, phone, and mailing address you provide at registration.
• Usage information — sign-in events, features used, and requests you submit (for example, BPO requests, which include the property and context you request them from).
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the identifiers Stripe provides; we never receive or store your full card number.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How We Use It

• To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, and maintain your subscription.
• To respond to requests you make through the Service (e.g., a BPO request or a financing inquiry to Sonny's Capital Solutions, if you initiate one).
• To communicate service notices. Marketing email, if any, will include an opt-out.

Service Providers

Your data is processed by our infrastructure providers under their own security programs: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Property data displayed in the Service is sourced from public government records and is not "personal information you provided," though it may reference publicly recorded owner names.

Cookies & Analytics

The app uses browser local storage for functional preferences (such as your light/dark theme) and authentication session tokens. We currently run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Retention & Security

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls (row-level security) limiting each account to its own records.

Your Rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sonnysrenovationsllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honor as applicable.
